Yiha, my Penny Sampler is all finished! I'm proud that I didn't leave it lying around after I finished all the blocks, and that I assembled the top, and quilted and bound it so soon after the class (designed and hosted by Rachel of Stitched in Color) finished. Now I have a lovely snuggly quilt for the winter!
Wintertime means that taking photos of finished projects isn't very easy. Together with Frederik I tried to catch a few rays of sunlight on my quilt so I could show it off here on the blog.

And this is what I did for the backing. A piece of handprinted fabric that I bought at a market recently (I prewashed it!), that blue deer fabric that I gave part of away on giveaway day, and some scraps from the front.
